Return Policy

Printed / Hard Copy Products: If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we accept its return without question within 30 days of purchase. Returns shipped COD are not accepted. University bookstores and other resellers must receive authorization from PTI to return books in resellable condition. Authorized returns in resellable condition are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Electronic /Downloaded Publications: These items are not eligible for return.

Digital publications are intended for use by single user only, and have been protected against unauthorized distribution using a proprietary Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology.
