PTI Level 2 Superstructure Ironworker Certification Online Renewal Exam
 Maintaining your Post-Tensioning Institute certification allows you to meet the requirements of the building code and specifications. The PTI Level 2 Superstructure Ironworker Certification Program offers online renewal for expiring PTI Level 2 Certifications. This multiple choice, 50 question exam will renew the expiration date for an additional 4 years. After you register for this examination, you will recieve an email with log-in information for the on-line exam.
Recommended reading prior to taking this exam and reference documents include: Post-Tensioning Institute Field Procedures Manual for Unbonded Single Strand Tendons – 3rd Edition; Post-Tensioning Institute Specification for Unbonded Single Strand Tendons – 2nd Edition; Post-Tensioning Institute Specification for Seven Wire Prestressing Steel Strand for Barrier Cable Applications – 2nd Edition; Post-Tensioning Institute Manual for Training and Certification of Field Personnel for Unbonded Post-Tensioning – Level 2 Superstructure Ironworker. Many of these documents are available from the PTI online bookstore.
When registering, please be sure to provide updates of your current personal and company contact information including an e-mail address allowing you to log in to the exam. We will use this to update your PTI Certified Personnel records but will not divulge your personal information.
After successful completion, you will receive a new PTI Level 2 ID card reflecting the new expiration date, a hard hat sticker accompanied by a letter confirming your accomplishment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after exam completion.
