Hotel Reservation and General Policies:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guest room and tax charge. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards are accepted. Each guest room must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older. It is hotel policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges. Individuals may cancel their guest room reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. An early departure fee of $50.00 plus tax will be charged to any reservation that is checked out earlier than the date confirmed at check-in.

The Flamingo Hotel is located a short distance from McCarran Airport. A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran and are located on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttles and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.
